Welcome to Marston Farm! We're so excited to share our journey with you.
We are the Marstons of Pittsfield, NH. We have owned and operated Marston Dairy Farm for over 250 years through 9 generations of Marston farmers. Currently the farm is owned and operated by Steve and Ben Marston.
The farm is currently milking 40-50 dairy cows a day, however the farm has over 150 cows. With the main breed of dairy cows being Holsteins and Jersey, you will see the occasional Brown Swiss or Milking Shorthorn in the mix. The beef breeds are currently Angus and a couple of Wagyu mixed in.
Farming is a 365, 24/7 job, at any given time you will see Steve and Ben working the farm, fields, and cows.
The Marston Farm is fortunate enough to be able to grow most of their own crops for the demand of the farm. Including dry hay square and round bales, haylage, and corn silage. Products that we source from off the farm is our grain from Blue Seal Feeds and brewers grain from a local brewery.
As times change the farm has introduced new products in addition to the milk, such as Pure Maple syrup and products, beef, pork, eggs and new for the 2023 season will be pumpkins, gourds and mums!
We are excited to be able to share our products with you, we are now proudly sourcing a local farm stand with some of our products we have grown right here on the farm. In hopes of opening our own farm store within our community one day we are excited to be sharing our journey with you.
